- What Mercury families do you stock?
- FourStroke and Pro XS are our standard stock from 2.5 HP portables to 300 HP V8s. Verado, SeaPro, and Avator are special-order through Mercury. Command Thrust is available on selected 25 HP through 115 HP FourStroke models.
- How do I know which HP I need?
- Start with the boat capacity plate, never exceed the rated maximum HP. From there it is hull type, weight, and how many people you run with. Our quote builder asks the right questions and narrows the picks for your boat.
- What is Command Thrust?
- A larger gearcase and lower gear ratio that turns a bigger prop. Best for heavy pontoons and loaded aluminum boats up to 115 HP. There is no 150 HP Command Thrust.
- Pro XS vs FourStroke?
- Pro XS is the performance line, lighter and faster, ideal for bass, walleye, and runabouts that chase top speed. FourStroke is quieter and smoother, ideal for pontoons, family runabouts, and trolling-heavy use.
- Do prices include install?
- The quote builder shows motor price first, then lets you add install, rigging, controls, gauges, and accessories. Everything is itemized in CAD before you commit.
